Here’s what you can do should you not be happy with your order :
We strive to do our very best in meeting your shopping needs on our site. At times, you may only come to realize that the product you receive is not exactly what you had wanted initially.
We totally understand that. Hence, we’ve worked out a plan for you to return the product to us for a refund. All that we ask is that the product has to be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Here’s how you go about returning the product to us for a refund :
(A) You have to inform us at email@example.com not later than 7 days upon receipt of the product.
(B) We’ll get back to you within forty eight working hours with further instructions on the next steps you should take.
(C) You’re responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is a wrong order.
(D) Upon receipt of the returned product from you, please allow us and the bank one month to process and pay you the refund. More often than not, you should expect to get your refund much earlier than the stipulated period unless we run into some unexpected circumstances. However, the refund doesn’t cover the original shipping cost (irrespective of whether it was paid on the original bill).
(E) You’ll be notified of the progress of the refund right up to the point your account is credited with the amount.
